Dr. Kuper was born and raised in western New York, where he was an avid soccer player. It was during high school that he gained his inspiration to pursue chiropractic as a profession, first as a patient, when a spinal injury had him sidelined. The recovery process first led him to Duquesne University, with the goal of helping other sidelined athletes return to play. During his time at Duquesne he participated in clinical internships at Carnegie Mellon University and LaRoche College. The hands-on clinical experience he gained solidified his belief that proper joint biomechanics and spinal stability are the keys to a healthy active lifestyle at any level. While continuing his education at New York Chiropractic College he worked as an athletic trainer for the school s recreation department and participated in several clinical outreach programs in the community. As an intern at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Dr. Kuper had the privilege of serving those who have served our country. Through this program he helped improve the health and livelihood of men and women ranging from WWII veterans to soldiers returning from deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dr. Kuper uses his expertise in treatment of athletes from the collegiate and professional levels to weekend warriors alike.

Overall
As we enter the new millennium...

As we enter the new millennium it comes to my mind that without your expertise in the field of Chiropractors, I would not be in the full measure of health that I enjoy today, and I certainly would never have been able to continue to work at my job. The last four and a half, of the five, years I have been under your supervision have seen a tremendous change in my mental as well as physical health.

Reflecting over the past five years and remembering the acute, constant, disabling pain that I suffered on a daily basis before coming to your clinic, I wonder what would of happen to me had I not discovered the healing powers of Chiropractors. My type of lower back pain seems to be prevalent in all females but I don’t think every female suffers as I did. I remember having my husband drive me to your office because I could neither sit nor stand, walking into the office in a stooped position, but walking out in an upright position. I remember never being able to sleep at night without some medicinal assistance because of sever muscle spasm from my neck to my lower back; I now sleep the night through and my medicine chest has been empty for years, I remember roaming the house at night trying to find a comfortable bed, chair, or couch and not being able to find comfort anywhere. I remember sitting in a hot tub at 2 a.m. trying to get some relief from the pain when pain medication didn’t work.

Within the past five years, I have come to understand the importance of choosing a doctor that is competent in administrating the healing manipulations of Chiropractics, which enables patients to receive the maximum of Chiropractic benefits. Dr. Savvas, you are the doctor, and I shall forever endorse the science of Chiropractics and your expertise. There is no way in the world I would ever miss my monthly maintenance adjustment, it has become a new way of life for me, and I want to thank you for my new life.

Sincerely,

R.T.
