        This plumber was terrible. We used him multiple times (our mistake). He consistently showed up late--many times days to a week!--after confirming a date with us. He overcharged us by hundreds of dollars and we had to call to correct it. He also made a major mistake in one of our new bathrooms, causing us to have to tear out completely new cabinets. Do NOT use him!!!

        Mike Bertolino & Co was called to investigate a problem that I was having with the GFI outlets in my condo. The outlets stopped working just after a thunderstorm earlier in the week. Tom Viele called later in the day to arrange a time to stop by for the next day. The next day, he called well ahead of time to say that he was running a little later than expected, but arrived when he said that he was going to. Tom got to work diagnosing the issue with the GFI's and determined the problem. He was friendly, proficient, and knowledgeable. After he had fixed the problem, he told me what he had done and even provided a little extra information about the electrical wiring in the condo. I would definitely recommend calling Mike Bertolino & Co if you have electrical issues. If Tom is any indication of their service standards, I'd call them for plumbing and remodeling as well.
