        Needed to replace my hearing aids and went to Beltone Independence Blvd after reading their excellent reviews. Cannot say enough good things about the service I received from the staff and the hearing aid specialist Michael Lee. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and my initial visit setup with Michael's assistant Kattie was at the top of the scale. Michael knew what I needed after a thorough hearing test and guided me through the various options available. His friendly, ,professional interaction, and showing me the various options available, and their pros and cons, without pressuring me to buy a specific option, convinced me I had made the right decision for me. And, Beltone's followup with me to ensure the hearing aids were working well and their laid out long term support to me made me feel like a valued customer. I made the right decision to go with Beltone and recomment them to anyone needing hearing aids
