Terrible - The owner came out to my home to provide an estimate to fix my washer and was too lazy to confirm what the problem was while there. He didn't even look at the back of the washer once, nor pull anything off to look inside. This owner just wants to collect he service call fee of $60 for nothing, then provide you with an outrageous estimate so he doesn't have to come back.

Did not live up to expectations and reputation. Owner refused to wait when I was running a few minutes late due to office issue. Owner then proceeded to hang up on my calls to him. I assume he left and wasn't sitting at the wrong house but I have no way of knowing. Glad to see his business is going so well that he can afford to toss out potential customers.
