Slum Lord of Manufactured Home Communities in Delaware all they care about is money, very little repairs/maintenance, do not follow there own rules and regulations according to leases. There rules when enforced only pic certain ones but not for on grounds maintenance man who doesn't have any rules, his yard is small time car dealer and storage area for abandoned homes. This management company has double standards at least 3 sets of rules and who you know in the company. The company wants to keep as much as possible keep tenants uninformed and raises lot rents average of $50 a year with no improvements way above the law as reasonable increases by finding loop holes enough to keep the DOJ off there backs. This park has had 4 previous water violations and failed to inform the tenants the last was in 2012.
