I called American Mechanical today about a possible concern with my hvac. The dispatcher, Lindsay, was caring and helpful and said she would get someone to me. Matthew L was here in a short time and listened to my concerns. He examined all my equipment, showed me each area and explained what he was doing. He is excellent in his work and so kind to talk to. He is a very good example of the outstanding service American Mechanical provides. Thank you, Matthew!

Sean, Your service Manager truly is the man to get to the problem, no nonsense and we understand where we stand, answering all the questions we had. Thanks for the effective communication and getting the problem solved.

This company keeps impressing me with every new technician I meet... And that's rarely the case. I'll try to keep this short, but I have too much good to say!

To start... Jason was upfront and thorough about the process of purchasing/installing a generator, and he made it easy to give American Mechanical a try. And their prices were great.

I had no less than 6 people throughout the install day that helped with the generator and electrical work, and they managed to do it all in a day. Even stayed until almost 10pm! I know I had Tim, Jon, Dan, and Matt... there were definitely more, but I didn't get their cards. They all were very professional and respectful, and were willing to talk me through the process and explain what they were doing.... I asked alot of questions. (Yes.. I'm THAT person).

Chris helped me with an AC issue, and he efficiently fixed the problem. And I wasn't charged for his work. That's... Incredible! The company really goes above and beyond for their customers, and it was evident in every interaction.

Jon was back out for the final inspection and generator start up, and was, yet again, informative and helpful. He even looked into another issue for me, and addressed (and fixed) it quickly.

I don't post reviews usually (or ever), but I was so impressed with my experience.. I needed to share it. American Mechanical stands behind their work, and have a very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend their services, and will definitely be calling them again. Thank you guys!

Dave J. came out and listened to the problems I was having with the system and did a inspection in the attic of the air handler and outside drainage system. Very knowledgeable and gave good info to keep the system running efficiently. Will definitely use again.

Shawn P. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He able ablentontell is what type of shower knobs we needed when we didn’t have the previous knobs. Cleaned out the pipes before install (even though the previous guy didn’t). I felt as if he cared for my home like it was is own.

Charles had to crawl under my Mobile Home in the mud to repair a leaking main water pipe! Bless his heart! He called within the time promised and called as he approached home. Thank you Charles1

Have had American Mechanical performing our yearly furnace/AC inspections for 6+ years. All the techs have been extremely customer friendly and take the time to explain what they did and or why if a repair/adjustment is suggested. Our most recent experience on 10/24 with Joe B. was no different. The system is 12 years old and builder grade. Joe reviewed his inspection with us and explained in detail what we could expect from it and what to look/listen for as far as aging is concerned. In short, we believed that Joe was there first and foremost to conduct the inspection, advise us of his observations and not try to trying to persuade us that if we failed to purchase something the system could fail at any moment.

The tech (Rob) who came to assist me with my plumbing problem came after hours. He was very prompt, professional, courtesy and knowledgable of my plumbing problem. I live in condo-home and he was able to assist my neighbor as well. He even offered solutions on how to deal with any future plumbing problems.

When I realized I was having a problem with my furnace, I contacted American Mechanical to see what they could to do to get it going again. Needless to say, giving the age of my furnace, replacement parts were not going to be abundantly available, if at all. So, I was sure I would have to spend several thousand dollars to replace the 30+ year old unit. On October 15, 2015, James Canadyan was dispatched and came out to evaluate the issue. He was able to secure compatible replacement parts and configured them to work with my unit.



It would have been very easy for James to tell me that my unit was too old to be repaired. But he didn’t. It took him several days checking with different suppliers and other contacts to find the parts he needed to get my furnace going again. I appreciate that he went out of his way to save me an unplanned expense of a replacement unit. When I do replace the unit, I will be confident that American Mechanical will get the job done to my satisfaction.

Luke J. visited my house today to give me a second opinion on my heating unit. We've been having trouble with it for some time, and I really hoped to get some closure finally (and heat!). Luke listened to the issues I was having and informed me about the repair. He was thorough and professional, and I look forward to having them back again next year.

I cannot say enough good things about American Mechanical. Bobby M. Came out today and replaced our entire heating and AC system. He was polite, knowledgable, hard working, thorough and honest - everything you want to see in a service professional! I would recommend bobby to anyone!

Mr. Williams did a great job replacing the hot water heater he was very courteous and professional thank you mr.Williams for a great job well done
