Slum Lord of Manufactured Home Communities in Delaware all they care about is money, very little repairs/maintenance, do not follow there own rules and regulations according to leases. There rules when enforced only pic certain ones but not for on grounds maintenance man who doesn't have any rules, his yard is small time car dealer and storage area for abandoned homes. This management company has double standards at least 3 sets of rules and who you know in the company. The company wants to keep as much as possible keep tenants uninformed and raises lot rents average of $50 a year with no improvements way above the law as reasonable increases by finding loop holes enough to keep the DOJ off there backs. This park has had 4 previous water violations and failed to inform the tenants the last was in 2012.
If 0 stars was an option I would give this company that. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life. After reading the other reviews I had expected a good experience but I got a real surprise. My boyfriend and I applied for a condo listed by the company. We were in love with it. We jumped through all their loops and provided all the information they asked from us. A signed letter from my employer, pay stubs from his etc. Then this woman Shannon called and asked to talk with my employer saying she just needed to verify my letter of employment. I gave her my employer's email address and my employer even offered to set up a time to talk on the phone and answer her questions. Shannon said that wasn't necessary and just asked her to answer by email. So my employer did just that and then forwarded me a copy of the exchanged emails. The next day this Shannon called me and explained that after receiving my letter of employment AND speaking with my employer to verify it, my income was "unverifiable." I was absolutely astounded. I said "you literally verified my income and you are saying that its unverifiable? My employer even offered to speak with you on the phone." Her response? "I just can't verify it at this time." A signed letter, an email to the person I worked for (who offered to call) and she was saying my employment wasn't verifiable. It was at this time that I realized this place was a sham and they were just collecting application fees when they had already decided on a tenant. Knowing that I had met all of the legal requirements for housing, I demanded mine and my boyfriends application fees back. She hung up on me. My very polite mother then called her and I don't know what was said, but my mother said Shannon was incredibly rude to her, but had agreed to talk to me again about my application fees. She finally refunded my application fees. In all the years I've been doing business I've never had a more negative experience.
Our Mission is "To be the leading real estate company in Virginia by always exceeding each and every one of our clients' expectations through exceptional service".
Resh Realities was a dream company to work for. They never lied to us. They helped us get through a couple different house changes, and made sure we got everything we wanted. I will always be a customer with Resh.
My husband and I retired from the police department and traveled to Florida to build a house. We ended up finding an almost finished home immediately so we had to return to Virginia Beach to sell our home there ASAP. Our Realtor, Molly Jolly, counseled us on how to fix it up, she helped us decide the perfect price and made numerous visits to ensure that everything was in order. She was a powerhouse and she sold our home in three days! We feel so lucky that she made this happen quickly for us! everyone we've talked to at Resh Realty has been absolutely wonderful and ready to help us in any way.
Our experience with Resh Realty, specifically Wayne Miller was great. He negotiated our close while we were looking at the house we bought. He made closing a priority and we were able to sign the contract on site! Amazing job at giving details and keeping us informed.
This most recent home purchase was our 5th so we have some experience with this. This time though, my husband was deployed, I was living out of state raising a toddler and pregnant all at the same time. Instead of this being the mess I had prepared myself for it was very easy and almost fun! Paul was great and took care of everything, he went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair deal and the sale closed before my due date. I have recommended Resh Realty and especially Paul to several people.
I wanted to move out of the apartment I'm renting because I'm paying a hole lot if money for just rent, after looking for a min i decided to go through Resh Realty and shortly after was contacted by Micah from Resh realty. He explained everything involving buying a home in GREAT detail and it was extremely helpful due to the fact this is the first time for my to buy a home and i had no idea what to expect but Micah was extremely honest and helpful. He helped me pick about 10 homes out and we went to each one in day, and i found the perfect house for me. Then Micah worked quickly and very diligently on getting me this house for the right price. Not only am i paying the same amount for this house as i was for rent which is perfect but he actually saved me several thousand dollars on this house. I believe Resh Realty is the best realty company in VA Beach.
I really liked our agent Bill (Loftis). He is very knowledgeable of Virginia Beach and the surrounding area. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended houses to us that fit our needs and wants. His negotiation skills got us everything we wanted with our new house and then some. It made the house buying process really smooth for us. I would definitely recommend Resh Realty to anyone I know buying a home. Thanks again.
