I was having a great deal of difficulty finding a reliable property management service. A friend recommend Rental Homes USA, I checked their reviews online and the reviews complement the recommendation. They have been managing a couple of my properties for a year now and I have had no issues dealing with them so far. Highly recommend this company!

We receive excellent monthly follow up. They send regular statements of our account; very precise and quick information is provided by extremely competent, professional and kind members of staff. We trust this company, we highly recommend it and we hope we will continue this cooperation in the future.
I've been using Rental Homes USA for the past 2 yrs, its been the best choice for sure. Chuck and co. is a property management team that I would definitely recommend to anyone!
I would like to thank Chuck and his team for always attending to our calls promptly. They take care of the repairs at our property quickly and make sure we are satisfied with the work done before they leave. We couldn't be happier as tenants of this property maintained so efficiently by them. Thank you!
Working with Rental Homes USA has been nothing but a positive, helpful, and incredibly nice experience while we have been living in an apartment managed by them. Unfortunately for us, the owners are selling our apartment so we're moving on. Rental Homes USA have been prompt and attentive to any maintenance requests, and incredibly easy to deal with. Thanks Ryan for all your hard work!
We have lived in a property managed by Rental Homes USA for the last one year and had a very positive experience. Ryan was our primary contact and has been a pleasure to work with throughout. Hats off to Ryan and his team, very professional and well managed and responsive whenever we needed something. Highly recommended!
Could not have had a better experience renting through Rental Homes USA for the past 2 years. I had the pleasure of working with Chuck and Ryan, and they could not have been more attentive to my needs. From coordinating repairs, working with us on late payments, to renewing as well as transitioning out - through and through it was a great experience. Chuck is also very responsive in all email communication, which only added to the experience. I would highly recommend Rental Homes USA. Thumbs up!
I moved to Virginia about 6 months ago and Chuck was the kindest and friendliest real estate broker I've ever worked with. He showed me places above and below and right at my budget. He helped me move into a house, very close to his office. Love the serviced received from him, he has won my loyalty.
Do NOT use them as your property manager!!! I used them for 3 years while I was stationed in D.C. They allowed my tenants to renew their lease for 3 years without doing any inspections and when the tenants moved out, of course left my house in shambles. They don't act like they work for you. Also they are super lazy. They also tried to talk me into paying for things the tenants messed up. for example the carpet in my living room was badly damaged and they tried to convince me that the carpet was so old it needed to be replaced. I just had the carpet replaced 3 years ago. Chuck did that with a few things after the tenants left. Save yourself the headache. You'd probably get more work from a crackhead. I only gave them 1 star because it's required to write a review. Now I know what to expect with my next property manager.
If I could give you one advise about this place I will tell you not to move in. If you continue reading; you will see why. The biggest issue I have had with this place is the air conditioner. I pay to live in an apartment with central air. The AC keeps breaking, It is September now and I have spent the past 4 months without the AC working properly. The do fix it, it takes them a few days and then it breaks again. They decided to put an ugly window unit in the bedroom only, it barely works. In the process of putting the AC unit in, they scratched my new computer chair which cost me $110.00, it is not a cheap Ikea chair. The rest of my apartment feels like a sauna now. Moving on to the rest of the issues I have with this apartment complex. The Water tank leaked water all over the laundry room and caught fire. Luckily I had baking soda and was able to put it out. They replaced it the next day. The garbage disposal kept breaking until they replaced it. The hood on top of the stove broke, they fixed it and it just broke again today. They have double windows for storm protection which is good, except it takes serious power to open and close them and they are loud (my neighbours agree about that. If you like to see a dog poop bag under your mailbox this is the perfect place for you. There is even dog poop in the tennis court. Not to mention that the siding of the building is disgusting, there are spider webs and dust all over it. What a sight to see.I forgot to mention that if you like to have people over, you receive only one guest parking ticket and the visitor spots are always taken. Your friends will most likely get towed. One of the people working in the office advised me to have my friends park at the mcdonalds across the street???
