Great location and customer service. Professional barbers and family friendly. They also, have a membership program that sounds good. I come in the morning time, so I don't know what it is like at night.

This is my first time ever writing a review on yelp, let alone on any review ever. I must say that my experience here surpassed my every expectation. This barber Steve, even had the confidence to walked outside and introduce himself to me and convince me that they could take excellent care of me! I'll definitely be back
Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. I called for my friend to have her 1st Haircut in America and I would not trust her hair with any one else. I called last minute and was able to get the appropriate appointment to fit my friend' tight schedule. I appreciate the warm welcome and the happy experience over the telephone. The Beautician was in there early and I am so glad to help my friend today.
We just moved to the area and was trying to find someone who could cut my son's hair. Being a mixed kid, I've learned that not just everyone can cut his hair very well. I took him in to see Steven and was very pleased with the outcome and my son is happy too. Steven seemed to stay quite busy (which I think is a good sign that he does a good job, when so many people ask for him)...... We went in on a Saturday, so I'd definitely suggest an appointment if you're headed in on a weekend. Next time my son needs his hair trimmed up though, I'll definitely keep Steven's number handy to take him back to Steven!
Loved the way Teresa cut and styled by hair. She did a great job and I will be back to see her.. And I am telling all my friends that live in the area.
Every Barber in the Shop is Highly Qualified and Skilled! I myself have my own business as a mobile barber and when I don't feel like cutting my own hair (the roughest task), that is the first place I go. And everyone in that shop has my stamp of approval.
I had my hair cut Monday on Jan 25 2016. The New York guy in the first booth did an excellent job on my hair. He was very respectful and professional. I forgot his name and I wanna say Thank you 757RICANKID
Steven has been the barber for my 2 boys for about 2 years. He is very skilled at his profession, and even makes my boys comfortable when we come in.
Be very careful when you go in there. I go to several Supercuts in California and spend $22-$26 to get a shampoo/blow out depending on how long my hair is at the time. This salon charged me $41. I questioned it at the register but just received a blank stare. I later saw on the receipt that I was charged $18 for a "Tea Tree Exp II". I have no idea what that is and never asked for it. When I got back to CA went to Supercuts website and filled out the "customer service" form online with a copy of the receipt with full details. The answer was "please give us more details" (I had already spend 20 minutes filling out the form online) the next response was "go back to the salon for a refund" (I live in CA). Never heard from them again. The salon was messy and the ladies room was disgusting. I am giving the one star for the stylist for being friendly and giving a decent blow out. But the intentional, deceptive overcharge is shameful.
I took my grandma here for the first time to get her hair cut and left more than satisfied. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly. They wash your hair first in order to get the best cut for the barber and the client. I was nervous that the barber would be rough with my grandma, but I was totally wrong. He was gentle and gave her a hell of a lining and fade, making sure not to cut her soft delicate skin. I am recommending this place to all male and female who get their hair cut. By the way the hair wash is included!
