Very disorganized and unprofessional tried to speed you through, did not pre certify insurance as they said they would...discourteous and impersonal! Dr. Lipton was completely disingenuous...do not recommend.

The service was outstanding. They saw Stacy first, then Dr. Miller. He showed them the map of their eye, which they thought was really cool and explained what everything was and that all was normal. He also found a congenital cataract on my daughters eye that no other doctor has bothered to mention to me. Dr. Miller and his Staff are extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and very courteous. I definitely recommend them and we will be going back.
We are a Tricare Prime military family. I took our daughter for an exam. Our daughter had let them know that we were not buying glasses. As a result they negleted to print the information for her astigmatism for her right eye and flat out refused to measure her pupil distance. Their stated excuse was that Tricare only pays for the exam. It was up to the person we are buying glasses from to measure and provide the rest of the prescription.I called the state board and was told as a direct answer to my question. Is pupil diameter part of an eye prescription. The answer was yes. Therefore Dr Breedlove claims he provided an eye exam, but refused to provide evidence via prescription freely that he had wholly done so.
