I purchased 6 pounds of the American Kobe NY strips and grilled them with charcoal. 3 out of 5 people ate theirs without steak sauce. That's how good they were! You need to give them an advanced notice, but the service was great. Very clean shop and the butcher is very informative and nice. I highly recommend Village Butcher.
