I have been trying to transition to gray hair. I needed someone who could listen to what I wanted to achieve and found that in Adam. He did a fantastic job, both with helping with highlights without damaging my hair and shaping it. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants great service and sensitive his customer's needs..
Yikes! I think I just dodged a big one: called today regarding Groupon and to ask whether the laser they use is appropriate for skin that develops lesions after plucking. Person who picks up the phone had difficulty explaining and sounded like she’d just gotten out of bed, then after being made to wait and hearing stressed out women’s voices in the background bickering regarding scheduling, spoke to their aesthetician. Cutting, exasperated by a very basic question (some lasers can worsen hyperpigmentation so this is crucial to know before commiting to buying a package), and actually ended up hanging up on me. Avoid, especially since this isn’t the only review describing how these people treat customers.
I went in to get my roots done and the person who normally doesmy hair was busy so I let CHRIS do it. I told her I just need the roots done. She changed the color and placement of the highlights. I told her immediately that I did not like it when I saw it. She said come back in a week and she will fix it. I told her a week is too soon because my hair will feel damaged and I will wait longer. Almost 4 weeksgo by and I go in. I explain that I will pay for some since roots are showingabout1/2". SHE REFUSES TO FIX WHATSHE DID WRONG BECAUSE I DID NOT COME IN WITHIN A WEEK. I spent $200 including a decent 20% tip expecting her fix it at a later time. I would not recommend this place.
Be aware of this place, the lady doesn't even know how to do nails, after all she even charged me 50$ for fill. When I asked her for what she unanswered because of this area. This place is worst in Virginia Beach.
I went to haev a 90 minute massage. It was loud, no music, closet size room and was anything but relaxing. Worse experience ever. There is no relaxing place to go after the massage and a 3 ounce cup of warm water was given to me after the massage. Should have left after the first 15 minutes but was with a group from work. Still should have left. Very unprofessional.
Overpriced, they don't listen to what the customer wants and their work is horrible. One of my family members use to go there and I couldn't believe how terrible a job they did.
I luv this store they are very kind and helpful and I get great discounts on my front lace wigs and wigs
I come here every year from MASS, and she cuts and styles my hair she does a real great job and makes you feel at home when your their she is a great Pearson and friend and her staff. She does everything from co!or to perm, anything and great people.
I recently had my make-up done with Sabrina, The make-up I was happy with but the hair I had to re-do on my wedding day.... I guess trials are must do. I am upset for a couple of reasons the first time I contacted her I asked her what a minimal hairstyle and minimal make-up would cost since I was trying to keep it very simple; she told me 35-50 for hair and same for make up. The second I met her she moved it up to 100.00 for both by then she found out it was for a wedding, on the day of the wedding she charged me 175.00 for a side-braid pony tail with no blow out and for make up I even brought my own eye lashes. I find that she runs this business with lack of ethics as she should've honored what she priced me with. My advice to all brides don't tell the hairstylist or makeup artist its bridal or that you are the bride they will charge you more and walk out the same as your bridesmaids.. I was mortified when I saw the back of my head it looked like a birds nest.
