Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. I called for my friend to have her 1st Haircut in America and I would not trust her hair with any one else. I called last minute and was able to get the appropriate appointment to fit my friend' tight schedule. I appreciate the warm welcome and the happy experience over the telephone. The Beautician was in there early and I am so glad to help my friend today.
Loved the way Teresa cut and styled by hair. She did a great job and I will be back to see her.. And I am telling all my friends that live in the area.
Be very careful when you go in there. I go to several Supercuts in California and spend $22-$26 to get a shampoo/blow out depending on how long my hair is at the time. This salon charged me $41. I questioned it at the register but just received a blank stare. I later saw on the receipt that I was charged $18 for a "Tea Tree Exp II". I have no idea what that is and never asked for it. When I got back to CA went to Supercuts website and filled out the "customer service" form online with a copy of the receipt with full details. The answer was "please give us more details" (I had already spend 20 minutes filling out the form online) the next response was "go back to the salon for a refund" (I live in CA). Never heard from them again. The salon was messy and the ladies room was disgusting. I am giving the one star for the stylist for being friendly and giving a decent blow out. But the intentional, deceptive overcharge is shameful.
