It's been a while since renting with Enterprise but the Customer service was great. I did have to call though to get my security deposit back, but other than that if I need to rent a vehicle it will always be with Enterprise.
I have always been happy renting a car from this Enterprise location. I have rented several times in the past. This time was surprising to me. I had reserved a car for a week's rental, but when I arrived to pick up my rental they only had two cars on the lot, a Ford Fusion and a Toyota Camry. Both would be upgrades to my reservation. Two of the employees discussed which one to give me and expressed to each other they really didn't want to rent me either one. Then one of them said, "well, definitely not the Fusion" so I was given the Camry. I loved the Camry. It was a smooth ride, however, the car had such a heavy perfume smell in the car I had to drive the entire week with two windows down in an effort to lessen the smell. My husband rode in the car with me one evening and the smell was overwhelming for him too. I am sure I will be in need of another rental and I will return to this location since it is the closest in proximity to my home, but I really hope the employees do not haggle over "having to give me an upgrade" and I hope the car is not smelling.
I rent the majority of my cars from Enterprise Rent A Car on 5235 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, VA. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The selection is always good. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a positive experience at their branch.
This location has extremely helpful staff. They are exceptionally courteous, and have gone the extra mile to accommodate my requirements concerning leaving my car at their office, or needing a ride home after returning a rental. I highly recommend Enterprise in general, and the Laskin Rd. location in particularA Satisfied Customer

I haven't rented a vehicle in a long time. The process of booking online was easy and they had a promotion going on. When I arrived the two people at the front desk were very friendly and within a few minutes, we were laughing and joking. I was upgraded due to them not having the vehicle class that I reserved, but hey who doesn't like an upgrade? When I returned the vehicle, it was a quick and easy process and the same people were there. They remembered me and asked about my trip to ATL. I would definitely recommend this location and this will be my go to place for rentals. I am sorry I don't remember their names.
The staff was warm and friendly. The car was clean and met our needs for the weekend. A little too aggressive with upsells, but I guess that is to be expected. We were serviced promptly and efficiently. Will return
any reason the phone rings for 15 minutes and no one answers? it says you are open at 8 am! it is now almost 9 and i have been calling for almost an hour. WTF?
I had already rented my car online so the local Enterprise office had all the details on what type of car that I wanted. This was done at least 30 days before the day I needed it. The local office called me to confirm I was still planning on renting at 8:00 am the following morning and I confirmed. I did appreciate that phone call because it let me know that they knew I was coming in the following day. We came in the following day prepared to walk in and pick up our vehicle at 8:00 am. When we arrived we saw an individual washing cars on the side of the building. When we entered the only two people in the building were waiting on two other customers. We were greeted and told someone would be with us shortly. A third person soon entered who I assume was the manager but she never offered to help us. We did not leave that building until 9:30 because our car had not been washed or cleaned yet. There is no excuse for that. Furthermore, it wasn't the car or even the class of car that I requested so I was told we were being "given a complimentary bump up". It was the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever had to spend two very long days of travel in much less the five minutes back to my house. This is the second time that Enterprise has given us a very uncomfortable vehicle. I don't understand why you can't have a car ready when you have a reservation for one a month ahead and have confirmed it the day before. People make appointments to pick them up early because they want to get on the road early. Get it together!
I rented from them twice the first time was good the second time was horrible the car was crap it's been ran in the dirt by whoever else had it before me. Brand new cars driving like they're 30-40 years old
