I came to the store to do an exchange, I waited in the store for 4 hours so they could transfer all my stuff to the new phone, once the transfer was finished and I was told me my old phone had water damage and if I left with the new phone they would charge me $400, why didn't they check for water damage before they did the transfer, then and try and tell me they were helping me, YOU WERENT HELPING ME, I WASTED HALF MY DAY IN THE STORE WHEN SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED FOR WATER DAMAGE BEFORE THE TRANSFER. I hate this location and the gentleman with the bald head they have working there doesn't know any thing about customer service, he is very condensending and really doesn't know how to do his job. I think that whole store needs to go back to training,as a matter of fact the whole company can do with some training, there is no communication between the stores and customer care. I will not be returning to this location and when my contract is up I will be going to a different company.

The service was terrible today 10-30-2014 in the morning. It was so apparent that the sales associate didnt want to help me and he couldnt even recover during the transaction, so I opted out of upgrading my phone and will be complaining to Sprint Corp . If I could give this store 0 stars, I def. would
I love that store!! I went to another one to get my phone and they weren't very knowledgeable but the girls here are smart and really nice!! Go here and get all the stuff that goes with your phone and get really great service!

Note, phone number listed has been disconnected. Good luck calling. I was in need of an emergency iPhone 5 charger and purchased a Sugo brand from this store. The charger ran hot, would not work all the time when connected and the cable began to show wires from the plug. This all within a few minutes of use. Took back the next day but was informed they do not offer refunds, only exchanges. I was not looking for another knockoff plug and wanted a refund, which they would not do. Clerk took the defective charger and broken cable, put it back in the box and hung it back on the wall to be sold again. To get my money back, he said I could speak with a manager who was in Monday (A tourist trick and trap to take advantage of shoppers visiting Baltimore only for the day). I was only allowed an exchange, which I took because my plan was to contact my credit card company to freeze this transaction anyway. Beware of these adapters and their store policy. Visit the T-Mobile shop on the same floor or Verizon one block over. Pay by credit card and test your adapter carefully and quickly. Dispute all charges with your credit card company or have them freeze the pending transaction. You are better off buying a $1 cable off eBay because that is what they sell here, except in a box and a $40 dollar price tag. Can't call, all phone numbers seem to be disconnected. Please spend visit a reputable cell store like Verizon/T-Mobile.May interested visitors read this first and hopefully my next visit to Baltimore will find this store put out of business.
Horrible customer service that do not issue refunds. Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Highly unrecommended.
