I never dreamed that true craftsmanship was still being performed but Eugene Caldwell is the master. His work is without equal. The work was completed on time. He is prompt and neat. Every change order I requested (and there were several) he created perfectly and without complaint. We love our new bathroom (the most beautiful room in the house) so much I'm getting ready to have Eugene come do another one!

I want to highly recommend Eugene Caldwell. His work is exceptiona! We live out of town, and he communicated with us daily as he repaired the the shower/tile issues. He made sure the repair was done right. His tile install and plumbing expertise is highly professional and knowledgable. He also went over the call of duty to handle another issue at our rental problem, that was impossible for us to handle because of our location. Also, Eugene is very detailed oriented and very nice!

We challenged Eugene with a different design, unusual tile combinations and difficult transitions and he handled them all with expertise and finesse. The result is so beautiful I may never leave my bathroom! AND he is meticulous and keeps the work area neat, amazing workmanship.

Eugene has been a godsend to my husband and I. He has done a great deal of work in our home which has been torn up for about 8 years. He completed tile work in both our full bathrooms, our kitchen, and our floor in our finished basement. He was the only tile professional who was educated to lay the Ditra and Spectroloc systems that we have in both our bathrooms and on our finished basement floor. It took me two years to research for a professional and a system that could be laid down to prevent tile from hydrostatic pressuring from our basement floor and to keep water from damaging the walls in our bathrooms. Eugene takes a great deal of pride in his work as compared to other professionals I have had in my home. Believe me, I have had many professionals in our home because of so much damage!! His work is high quality and he stands by what he does which is more than I can say for many others I have had work in our home. Eugene is on time, keeps you informed of his work, lets you know when other problems arise and how those problems can be taken care of. He keeps up to date on the latest materials and how to use them in certain situations. I trust him with all my tile needs in our home and will be having hime back in the future to complete more work. I feel so fortunate that I was referred to Caldwells Tile for the removal of ceramic tile on concrete, which is a tuff job. I am extremely pleased with the kitchen backsplash installed by Eugene, and highly recommend him to anyone contemplating tile work. I've compared his work to that of others and Eugene's work is far superior in all respects. It is significant to note that Eugene has the expertise to use epoxy grout which, although a little more expensive, has unsurpassed durability and strength and is well worth the additional cost. It is my understanding that not every tile installer has the knowledge or experience required to use epoxy grout.

Eugene is a very personable guy, a skilled perfectionist in his profession, and I feel fortunate to have selected Caldwell Tile Inc to do my installation. I plan to use Caldwell Tile Inc for future tiling projects.

I had Eugene in to tile our kitchen. I wanted glass tile and had done a lot of research on glass tile and realized that not everyone can install glass. I had two other people in for estimates and Eugene was the only one that had solutions for some problem areas that I wanted addressed. He came out on time, finished it on time and did a beautiful job. I love my tile and am very happy that I had Eugene install it and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We've had several projects done by Caldwell tile, a large area of flooring, a stone kitchen backsplash, and a large bathroom with floor tile, wall tile, and a shower. We have been so pleased with his work that we have asked him to come back and remodel our remaining two bathrooms. He was very helpful in the design stage as well. His work has added to the enjoyment and value of our home, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Eugene Caldwell and his crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom and laundry area. We had competitive quotes that were slightly lower, but when we asked questions about how each of the contractors was going to complete the work it was quickly apparent that others were going to cut corners and Eugene was going to do it right. When he stripped our old floor (something the other companies were not going to do) he found an area of water damage and had it patched and repaired without charging me more or setting back our timeline for completion. If you want it done right, there is no one with more experience and work ethic then Eugene and his crew.
