When placing a order at the drive through I could not hear the worker when she repeated the order back. So when i got to the window I asked her if she got the order correct as I repeated it again knowing that it could have been hard to hear me plus I had 3 teenage boys in the car barking orders. She gave me a smirk and replied I got it without even looking at the order. As I was still talking she began to take the next order and walking away from the window regarding my concerns. I then told her she need not be so rude! I was trying to make sure the order was right! Then out of the blue the manager appeared and asked if there was a problem? I replied yes she was rude and the manager replied back that the only one being rude was me? Well needless to say when I got home the order was wrong just like I expected!! I called and talked to the manager and once again she was rude! So with this being said I feel they need some training in customer service!!
We went to Subway to buy four-foot-long sandwiches. There were three boys working at the time and all three of them together could not make our sandwiches. I believe they were either high or drunk. The restaurant was very dirty. We walked out without any sandwiches. We will never go back there again!
My expectations for the largest Mcdonald's were very high, but it was not even as good as an average Mcdonald's. The service was very poor. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a McDonald's. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. I tried to order an ice cream cone and they were out and also out of frappes. On top of all of this the wait was fairly long at around 10 minutes. Worst experience I have EVER had with a McDonald's! HORRIBLE! ONE STAR!
