Well, I got there at around 12. The guys at the radio shack counter told me they couldn't get the SKU to work for my phone carrier and to wait a few minutes and the sprint guy would be back and he could definitely do it from his computer. Fine, I waited. 15-20 mins later he comes strolling in and says "oh, no, I can't do it, I have to wait for my boss who will be here in 10 mins". So, I wait. Again. Finally the boss comes walking up and I told him I had been waiting for almost 45 mins just to pay my phone bill. He got upset with the guy and told him he should have called him if there was a problem to which he replied,"well I sent u a text". So the boss is helping another girl (who, BTW, had only been waiting like 10 mins compared to my almost hour now) and this kid at the computer tells me he can only do payments of $45 and my payment is $40 so of course I break out my phone and show him how much my bill is. He was completely incompetent. Had to go get the boss and apparently he must have said something to the kid because as the boss was waiting on me the kid sat there and glared at me the entire time. Finally over an hour later my transaction was completed. He apologized and yet again told the kid he should have called him because now that's going to be another bad review and he said "even though it doesn't really matter because we are just starting up". Yes. Yes, it does matter. I always refer people to radio shack but now that sprint people have taken up residence there and are so rude and incompetent, I will no longer be referring anyone. Get it together sprint!
