Pizza in Villa Rica, GA

Joe, turn on the heat...it is so cold we cannot enjoy the pizza. We always love the pizza but can not understand why you would have customers eating with their coats on and still shivering. We will wait for warmer weather to visit again.

This location employs the rudest people I've ever had dealings with. Sunday 4/2 I got hung up on by a female who refused to give me her name or the name of the owner. The owner needs to revamp his store.

I'll admit I wasn't sure about this place at first.They have far exceeded my expectations! Their Pizza is the best in VR,the deluxe uno is my favorite!

Great pizza, Villa Rica! Greek Salad is "outta sight"!!! Delux Uno will be by favorite...perfect classic crust, fresh toppings, tasty sauce and seasonings, cheese just right. Thank you for delivery service

Purchased the Uno Deluxe that was delicious, 3 of us all agree. Each topping was flavorful the sauce was delicate. Thank you. We will order again.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 cheese sticks, and a dessert. After waiting an hour and a half for my pizza, it arrived cold, incorrect, and incomplete. I called the store only to be told, "Well, we are super busy". After paying almost $50 for dinner for my family, I would hope to have a good dinner. Not from this Pizza Hut! What a train wreck...do yourself a favor and NEVER order from here. One a positive note, Papa Johns has always been amazing, but they just didn't have a buffalo chicken pizza my wife wanted.

COLD PIZZA is being delivered at this store. Dear owners: This store had lost my business for over 2 yrs. I decided to try it again and I still received cold pizza and rude service. It was like a cardboard box or day old pizza. It looked like it was sitting there for about 45 min if not more. The pizza was delivered 1hr & 45 min after I ordered it. When I called them back to see how long it was going to be, they told me that the manager voided my order and they will need my cc # again. I asked if the pizza was made yet and they said yes. I said " How long ago? is it going to be hot"? They said it just came out of the oven. All of which later I find out was a lie. After the pizza was delivered, and I called to complain and their employees couldn't find the manager. I was left on hold for over 5 min each time I called. I hung up after about 5 min of holding all of a total of 4 calls and a sum of 20 min. I Was treated rudely by manager Terrell and his employees. I never would like to see someone lose their job. But obviously this guy is not doing this restaurant justice. He told me to "do him a favor and never call them back for a pizza"! after I told him this all could have been avoided when I called to ck on the pizza and he could have just made a fresh one. Also let me add that Terrell (manager) refused to give me a refund on my credit card. I told him that my husband is on his way if not already at his store and he better give us a refund on the crappy pizza they delivered to us. I found this Pizza Hut very unsatisfactory and really would be scared to order again because they seem so immature and vengeful I would be scared they would spit in my food.Beware Customers!!8 yr.
