        Had a great experience with Josh (owner). He is a small business owner. I called him to come out and look at my A/C units. He charges a service charge up front, but after seeing what he did to help me out, it was worth it! My A/C units in my attic started leaking through my ceiling. When he looked at the problem, he pointed out several things the contractor did wrong when they installed the system in my new house 7 years ago. Josh completely fixed my system (both units) so they will operate more efficiently. He discovered the primary drains were not installed correctly and fixed them (no charge), he also wrapped exposed copper hoses that were creating condensation (again no charge). He installed two float cutoff switches for my secondary drains that will stop the system if the water builds up again. He flushed the primary and secondary drains (charged to the service call). He found my system was low on Freon and gave me a discounted rate on the Freon since I am retired military. He also provides discounts for senior citizens as well. He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for his job. I'll use him going forward now that I know someone who will treat me right. Thanks Josh!
