Beverly should not be allowed to ever work a front desk

I am 20 weeks pregnant and showed up for my appointment at the appointment time which was 2pm Because I wasn't there at 1:30 to fill out paperwork she cancelled my appointment. I had been there before so not sure why even 30 minutes of paperwork was necessary. She refused to put it back on the books and then proceeded to get an attitude with my husband. She then called him "ignorant" in front of a waiting room full of patients. This is totally uncalled for. The office manager was of no help when we complained to her. She was nowhere near accommodating and really could careless that my husband and I drove 45 minutes to get there to my appointment and that we were excited to see our baby on the sonogram. I left there crying and very upset. I worked in patient care for 8 years and this is no way to treat patients. Beverly does not belong in patient care with her attitude and disrespect.
