They take reservations, but they do not actually have a vehicle when you arrive; if they do, it is not the type you want. We made a reservation on a Friday for a full-sized vehicle. After several minutes of waiting, along with many others customers experiencing the same problem, I wound up with a mid-size vehicle that just happened to be returned at that time. We returned the vehicle on Monday for a free upgrade, which was nice, but inconvenient. When we returned the vehicle the following Friday, it was the same situation: a room full of customers complaining how they made reservations but no cars were available. Several days later, I responded to an Enterprise telephone survey, which was apparently submitted to the main office for the Vidalia branch (located in Dublin). When the manager of the main office contacted me regarding my poor experience with the Vidalia branch, he actually interrupted my explanation and put me on hold for several minutes! Not very reassuring. The gentlemen who work there were professional and seemed very efficient with the paperwork, but the operation (in terms of reserving a vehicle) is shoddy at best. Your best bet is to simply show up when they open...otherwise go somewhere else if you can.
