It doesn’t surprise me that Chi Spa has bad reviews. I went here few weeks ago and the older lady at the front (I believe is the manager) will not say hello or smile. She looks very intimating and is rude from the beginning. To keep the long story short, I had a $40 massage and gave the manager $100. I should have received $60 back, but she didn’t give any change. I confronted her about it and she lied saying that she gave back my change. She kept arguing and screaming so loud that I ended up leaving without any solution. The manager scams your money. I got ripped off and will never go back. Do not recommend this place at all.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this spa last week and I will never go back to this place again. My experience was just horrible. I was really tired when I went to Chi spa and wanted to feel relaxed. A girl named Lisa massaged me that day and during my session, she kept talking so much that I couldn't even relax. Her massage was so bad that all I kept thinking was to leave this place. During my session, she mentioned how I needed to tip her well to get a good service. I was in disbelief! When I was trying to leave without paying any tip (due to horrible service), Lisa started cursing at me and gave me the middle finger!!! This is unheard of!!! Then the asian manager comes out and just starred at me like nothing was going on. I left the spa, but I was so angry how I was mistreated that I went back to the spa to talk to the manager. I thought she was going to apologize, but instead Lisa and the manager both started cursing saying the F word and kept pointing their finger in front of my face that I thought they were going to poke my eye. The whole situation was so bad that I even took a picture of them telling them that I was going to call the cops on them! Both Lisa and the manager said they didn't care and absolutely were not apologetic. You can tell that Lisa and her manager were never trained because they love arguing with their customers. Isn't it common sense to be nice to your customers? Please save your money and go somewhere else. These two people will ruin your day.
First of all, this review is based on the MANAGER that works at Chi Spa. I wasn't planning to write a bad review until what I experienced last week and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I actually liked it here because the two employees (Hispanic and Asian) were very kind and professional, which is why I came here Wednesdays and Thursdays. To make the long story short...the manager tried to rip me off by trying to kick me out from my 30 minute massage when I was only in the room for 20 min! She started knocking on the door really loud yelling and telling me that my time was up. I mean who does that??? Even the Hispanic employee told her I was only there for 20 min. On top of that, I gave the manager $100 and waited for my change. I asked her for my change and she tried to to say that she already gave my change back! In the end, she realized that she made a mistake so she gave my money back. Rather than getting an apology, she was yelling at me as though she did something right! Unbelievable! Never been treated like this in my life. What was more shocking was that she threw my change and the employee that gave me the massage had to pick up the money. This manager doesn't know how to treat people period! It's really unfortunate that this happened because everyone else that works there are really nice. I will never go back to this place again unless they replace the manager.
