The worse and awful experience was making a purchase at the Victorville Mall V Generation store. My mother bough a 34 dollars purse into the V Generation store and first they left the piece of plastic that is supposed to be removed from the purse after purchase attached to the purse. So we had to return for the store to remove the piece of plastic. Then, soon my mother transferred the items from her old purse to the new one it broke. One of the magnets of the purse that supposed to secure the purse was loosing the stitch that was keeping it attached to the purse. The magnets did not maintain the purse secure or closed either.
So, when back to the store to change the purse for another item or to get the money back and the store cashier made us aware about the terrible policy of the store. Exchanges or money refunds are not authorized into the V Generation store.
I explained the situation over and over…I walk the dog over and over and the cashier keep saying was not their decision was the store administrator that I NEVER met decision. I requested to meet the manager or administrator and I never was able too. The V Generation does not do money refunds or exchanges in clothing, shoes or low quality purses they get at the swap meets or flea market. SO, I recommend to rather spending your money in the swap meet located and the fairgrounds than at the V Generation store. At least in the swap meet you pay the right price for what you are getting and not and inflated price like at the V Generation store.

If you live in the Victor Valley area and don't want to travel down the hill, this is the mall to go to. The food is decent and they have a recently renovated theater. They also have the major department stores there. There's a ton of parking, but it gets very crowded during the holiday season.

When you can't make it down to Ontario or San Bernardino, you can always come here. Parking is insane on weekends but their food court is somewhat decent. Their entrances are kind of weird and some of their stores seem run down. Still, with the 15 freeway being what it is, it's easier to get to.
