        Kristalyn, I am not sure how that happened to you, I have had great customer service from Bear's valley glass. They are always on time, very organized and awesome installers, and great office ladies. You must be confused with another company, I have never had any trouble obtaining a receipt or asking for a copy of anything. I will continue to do business with Bear's.

        Overall

        Great Service! I called because my kids were playing baseball and broke one of our windows, I was so upset! But when I called they took care of me same day and with reasonable pricing as well. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend. Thanks again!
