ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! For the amount of money we pay every month to live here, it by far has the poorest management, maintenance, and luxuries out of any place I have ever lived in. They lure you in when you walk in the door telling you how wonderful it is as well as be…

We've put together a small list to get you started on your journey -- and the first step starts with a single box.
I have lived at this RV park now for 3 months and I have enjoyed every second. It is very quiet and I love that it is in the country but not to far from the city if I need something.
We was living in 607 Sherwood Dr.we relocated to new apartment, and we gave Elite office a note on 7/10 and for move out on 8/31, they received the apartment from us on 8/21, 10 days before Due date everything was clean and perfect, RONDA who has inspected the apartment she gave us the inspection checklist " attached with the review" and everything was clean and she said you will receive the deposit within 30 days. After 20 days Elite office send us a letter with 45 $ balance, they took our 500 deposit plus $ 45 balance and they said you have 10 days the 45 $ balance. I spooked with manager KERN and she said there was a scratches on the walls and the carpet need steam cleaning. Now I have the inspection checklist from the inspector everything was clean! What's that, we said to her we will go to the court and she said do what you want to do? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, bad maintenance - roof leaking - bad smell - old and not working dishwasher & old bathroom tub.
Just moved in here recently, and they are awesome! They were able to get us in when they said considering the new construction. One thing I love about this place is that they call before going into your house which is a big plus! Construction seems to be moving fast so it'll be a matter of time before everything is finished. You get what you pay for and bottom line yes I would recommend this place.
We lived at Sage Creek for a year and our AC went out MULTIPLE times. It was out for days before they sent their rudest maintenance man to "fix" it the last time in the summer. When we broke our lease, we waited for the letter in the mail, they waited over two weeks to check the apartment (did not walk it with us) and then sent us a bill. We then paid the bill within the week of receiving it and a month in a half later got a call from the debt collectors stating it was never paid! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If you rent, make sure you keep ALL of your receipts and documentation on when you fill out a form for them to fix things or they will burn you!
Im going to live with my boyfriend and son forever.
Don't do it!!! I recently relocated here because of a job. There are hardly any apartments available so I took what I could find. Right from the beginning I knew there was going to be trouble. I had paid an application fee to look at an apartment, in which, the women rented it out from under me. I called back and they eventually had an apartment available. There were stains on the carpets everywhere, which the assured me would be cleaned. That never happened. I realized that I had low hot water pressure in my upstairs bathroom. I called the "maintenance" to come out. Four weeks later and now my sink doesn't work, and the problem is still not fixed. I am unable to change my water temperature, since now they have decreased the cold water and have made the water hot. This makes it difficult when I have my little cousins over because I don't want to scald them. The office workers are rude, and the secretary is confused. They even told me that I had to pay to get the problem fixed by a plumber, since the maintenance couldn't fix it. The maintenance crew look like they just broke out of prison and don't know how to fix anything. Please listen to me when I tell you don't come here. I saw other people's bad reviews and I overlooked them. I feel so stupid now. It's not worth the hassle!!! And the neighborhood is shaky at best. I had trouble with the children throwing nails by my car tires. Luckily no damage was done...yet!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! For the amount of money we pay every month to live here, it by far has the poorest management, maintenance, and luxuries out of any place I have ever lived in. They lure you in when you walk in the door telling you how wonderful it is as well as beautiful(which looks wise they are nice, but should be for the $$$$!!!!, but the minute you are handed your keys you will soon discover the rudest, nastiest attitudes from the front management especially Patricia the manager that you didn't see when you first walked in the door, and poor maintenance.I have heard this from many residents. Speaking to several people at the pool while I was swimming around an infested bug pool of water for months until they finally decided to purchase a net to clean the pool, that several people have had problems with the air conditioner breaking taking them days to fix in the Texas heat. They then received huge electric bills due to leaks that front office refused to compensate them after maintenance came to fix it a few times days later. Also they had a problem with a 2nd floor residents washer breaking then flooding the entire 1st floors resident below them who had two children and furniture, walls, as well as carpets ruined. It took them a few days to even fix any problems by pulling carpet back and using fans to dry things and then was told to contact her renter insurance for assistance. People constantly have dogs off leashes around here although it is a violation to do so and let them poop everywhere with no clean up. The trash compactor is always over flowing and too full to put extra trash in, although they state it is there for your convenience when you have extra trash to throw away. The second you have anything on YOUR balcony that a neighbor decides they do not like, they will write you up for it only allowing that twice, even if you oppose or constantly see others violate the rules. You will be told so many things other than the truth when making an appointment to view the apartments so they can have another over priced monthly rent check to rip off another person. The staff here has been completely rude and non compliant to any of our needs. We have put in several request for our dish washer not working and we are told every time they are looking into it like every time we have had a problem, but the second they don't like something they jump on it quicker than you can take a breathe breathing down your neck. I know many people have broken there lease early just to get out after being here a few months. The list could go on and on, This place is just not worth the money they charge!!!!
