Owners live on site. 7 days a week pick-up and drop off times available. We offer indoor/outdoor large runs with air-conditioning and heat as well as a comfortable "puppy room" for our smaller breeds. Your pet's need a vacation to. Here at Northside Kontry Kennels we offer a fun environment where our animals are not suck in ennels all day instead they are out playinh in playgroups, interacting with staff as well as other dogs with the same temperment. They have days full of games, activities, cuddle time, and good old-fashioned belly rubs.         Overall

        We left our Golden puppy with them and came home to a happy healthy bundle of joy. Now we are going for a Christmas trip and leaving two with them. Can;t wait because I know they will have fun, playing, catching and giving kisses..And they will be fresh and happy when we pick them up

        Overall

        I will easily nominate this business as the best boarding facility in Victoria. The prices are low, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. You can tell that they truly care about the health and comfort of your dog.

        I have an EXTREMELY shy and timid dog, and I was very concerned about leaving her in strange surroundings. She is terrified of people, and often refuses to eat even when in familiar surroundings. The staff were always sensitive to her feelings, and they have helped her acclimate so well, that she will now willingly play with the other dogs and interact with people! I've never gotten her back smelly, skinny, or scared.



        There are two kinds of kennels: the large crates inside the main building, and the inside/outside kennels in the back building. I have a smaller dog (just under knee height), so they keep her in a very large crate in the main building. The area is always kept clean.



        If you board your dog here, you can be sure that it will be loved and played with, and not just stuck in a small cage all day (like at a vet's office). I've boarded my dog with them for many, many weekends and haven't had a complaint yet. They even washed my dog's blanket for me!
