Terrible experience so far. Took them hours to negotiate on a price for our trade in that we were promised pay off over the phone which is weird. We traveled from Louisiana because they said they could get us the model and color 4Runner we wanted. It was driven from a Houston sister dealership which took forever. We asked to see it before we signed paperwork but they said it was being detailed which took two hours. We were there a total of 5 hours before we pulled out of the lot in our new car. We have had the vehicle for over 4 months and still haven't received a permanent license plate which could be Louisiana's DMVs fault. Every time I call the front desk clerk never lets me finish my sentence before she tries to hurry up and transfer me to another person. How will I be transferred to the right person if you won't let me tell you what I am calling for?!?! I would not recommend this dealership, we were better off paying a little more at a local dealer.
Loved buying cars from here. We've bought two over the past years. They are easy to bring my car to and I trust them now since my husband past. They always have coffee and cookies while I wait.
I know I will be taking my business to Victory based on Kyle's professionalism and service during this entire process. This was exactly what Kyle had stated it would be from the beginning, "the best car buying experience ever!"
I came with a preapproval from my bank, and ready to purchase a specific vehicle. After we discussed trading my car in the salesman went to speak with the manager, Francis Yogi, who then offered me a slap in the face offer of $4200 for my car. I came with an internet ad from both the dealerships website, and cargurus.com that advertised the car for $23,698 in which they confirmed. Because the dealership was not willing to offer fair price for my car I went to sell my car privately. I then sold my car 2 days later for $7650. Upon discussing the price of the vehicle with the dealership again, although advertised at $23,698 the dealership said that was an "accident" & decided to up the price to $26,298 with no changes to the car. The salesman said "We have an internet dept. that screwed up. Since then they have corrected the error & the corrected price is now put on the vehicle." The sales person and manager told me they would not honor the sales advertisement, or our original discussion.
East experience to schedule my service. Great customer service and worked easy with my recall .
It's so easy to schedule my service. Easy in and out. They are friendly and make me feel like family. Never have any issues with my service.
The moment we entered and the salesman approached us, we knew we were at the right place. The salesman treated us like we were family. He was so helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and needs. The whole process of buying our 2011 Elantra was great and we love our car!! We tell everyone to go there.
I come back for a reason. They have great customer service and do good work. Today I am in for an inspection sticker and I know I will be in and out. And I can sit here and get paper work done.
I trust these guys. Not the most convenient but I trust them. In and out for oil changes .
Had to have a tired replaced. They were fast and treated us great. When we actually bought the car a few weeks ago, Walter Raab worked with out budget and listen to what we needed. Great place!!!!
