Stopping through for quick service as we are traveling home to Florida,and didn't get very accurate service. Ordered a kids nugget meal asked for 6,was told it came 4 10 or 20. I indicated again a kids meal. Then was asked if he wanted applesauce or a cookie neither in which they had so why offer it. Asked for ranch which we did not get. Also asked for a spicy chicken jr sandwich add cheese and was asked if I wanted it grilled or fried. It only comes one way. Soda machine ONLY had Coca Cola.no other options. Everything was Grayed out. Order number was called. How do we know the order number if it wasn't given to us. Oh that's right look at your reciept it's up to you to figure it out. Was missing the Spicy chicken sandwich add cheese. Chicken sandwich came on the wrong bun and no cheese. Chalk that .25 up for an upcharge. Hash browns were on the floor under the table smashed in from breakfast I'm not one to complain,but I have worked fast food before and have dealt with rush hour.and busy hours in which if I didn't know how to do my job I was sent home. I did not bring the small issues up because there was no point,To be ridiculed? No just asking for what I paid for. this place needs a more professional team.Ones that possibly know what they are doing with a smile and a thank you have a nice day.
This has got to be the Worst fast food joint I've ever tried in Vicksburg MS. when they screw your order up be careful because the manager will let the employee challenge you. in other words the employee will argue with you about your order. I didn't come to argue with someone making nothing an hour....
Sorry service, sorry manager. can't believe Vicksburg will hire such a sorry staff. but hey you get what you pay for.
My wife and I recently visited your 3121 Halls Ferry Road Vicksburg, MS 39180 location and were rudely treated. We went through drive-thru and ordered 2 bags of ice. We were told to drive around to the 2nd window for the order total. When we got there, the cashier smirked as she informed us that they no longer sold bags of ice. My wife informed her that we had just bought a bag of ice 2 days prior. We asked to speak to a manager (after the cashier asked us if we would like to speak to one). The manager never came to window and the cashier continued to laugh as if this was a joke. They made us sit at the window knowing the manager was not coming to the window. This is no way to treat your customer. We watched as other workers continued to laugh as we drove away. This is no way to treat your customers. If they did not want to make the bags if ice, they could have handled the situation a lot better than belittling a paying customer.
Their way of closing drive thru 30minutes early is to tell you to hold on for shift change then come back at actual closing time and telling you they're closed.....
WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!! FLOORS & TABLES WERE FILTHY. THE WORKERS WERE RUDE, & VERY SLOW! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN UNLESS IT IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.
The service is great there food is great and it is very clean
