A Touch by an Angel Therapeutic Massage

My wife got a three package Groupon for this place. Before I start, I would like to mention that my wife is a board certified pharmacist practicing in AL (license number 17856) Chandni Patel Woods- can verify on the Alabama board of pharmacy website. I am a nurse at Grandview medical. This is just to let you know we are professionals and not just some stupid people complaining. We both tip very well--usually over 20% at most places. At her first appt, she showed up to no one being there. So she called the number on her email confirmation and the lady didn't answer. She then called her back 15 more minutes later and told her how she had been trying to find her number "everywhere" and couldn't to tell her that she had car troubles and couldn't make it. My wife is way nicer than me so she was like sure no problem. She rescheduled. At her second appt Tiffany asked her if she could answer a NON EMERGENCY phone call and left my wife on the table naked for ten more minutes. The place is sketchy as hell and so you shouldn't be surprised at all that her table didn't have a table warmer and my wife is cold natured. My wife still wanted to tip her after the service and I told her no absolutely not. You could tell she was mad about it---which is why I'm guessing my wife just received an email stating that her next appt (since she purchased 3) was also cancelled but gave no reasoning. It doesn't matter anyways bc we're getting a refund from Groupon for it and I'm making sure I leave a bad review for her wherever I can. Most unprofessional inconsiderate service ever. I surprise my wife with spa days at nice salon/spa places so I don't know why she went and tried to find a cheaper Groupon for massages. I assure you we will be paying full price at a REAL place from now on. And just FYI--usually tip $20 or more per session.
