Regal Nails

They RUINED my daughter's nails. She had healthy natural nails with gel on them. They buffed the gell off with an ELECTRIC BUFFER!!!! This took off the top of her natural nails. They had gotten fairly long, but the nails began to break very easily the day after her manicure. The gel even peeled off. HER NAILS WERE BREAKING BELOW THE WHITE PART and it was VERY PAINFUL.

We went back to show them and get a refund. I talked for 20 min to the gentleman working that eve. He didn't understand after 5-6 times of stating the above. He kept telling us she should have nail tips put on and to sit down. I patiently explained, but began getting aggravated so she'd to speak to the manager. Finally he got it and called the owner. She refused to grant us a full refund and yelled the whole time we spoke. Finally she said she'd give us $20.

I told her I'd write a BAD REVIEW having now been there for 25 min arguing. She said "Go, do that! I HAVE PLENTY CUSTOMER!!!" Then the guy practically threw the money at me so I would leave.

I got exactly what I asked for. I wish I remembered my technician's name, but I have never left the salon disappointed. Would HIGHLY recommend to all my friends and family.

I personally would recommend coming to this salon if you are in the area Billy did my nails and they were literally breathtaking

I disagree. I think Billy does an excellent job. He has done my nails 3 times. Every time my nails have turned out looking very professional. Thank you!

DO NOT GO TO BILLY!! I went to get a gel manicure and he completely ruined my nails. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, and even hurt my cuticles as he worked. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any nail salon before. I will never go back!

I would not go here if I was anyone. I over heard them speaking and the lady say "sh" and once I got up and had left I noticed they weren't even finished being done, hair was still on my eyebrows that weren't suspose to be. She totally messed them up I do not have a arch on my brows no more. There's a huge chunk of hair missing on beginning I have to now color them in.

Professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything I could ask for in a salon. Definitely will be returning!

I completely disagree with the other review on here. I've been going to regal nails for years and enjoy every visit. I'm never disappointed with their quality of work. The customer service can be a little slow when it gets busy (which it does). But other than that, the staff is very conversational and friendly. My nails receive so many compliments by my friends and coworkers!!! There are many colors and designs to choose from and the workers are very professional when it comes to requests. I don't make specific requests for a technician and have never been "cut" or whatever. I don't plan on changing my regular nail salon anytime soon. I highly recommend this salon to anybody looking for a good, dependable nail salon.

I have used this salon for years and was very happy with "some" of the technicians. My 17 year old got her first set of nails and it was a total hack job. DEEEEP cuts all around her cuticles. A couple of the technicians have cut me before but never like this. I was sooooo disappointed by the refusal of the shop owner to make this right with a longtime customer. She refused to give us our money back. Simply bandaged up my daughter and gave her a certificate for a free manicure, When we went back a month later to get them redone they said the certificate was only worth $12 and made us pay the difference plus a fee for removal of the botched set!!!!! While I am sad because there is one technician in particular that I think is excellent.... I can not go back....the customer service stinks.....its all about the almight buck with this shop owner - not doing what is right for the customer. :( Also....they used to use each person's own nail files and now the are using the same ones for everyone??????? weird!
