This is a great location, and has great customer service! We rent regularly from this enterprise location and the process is always smooth and enjoyable. This past weekend they went above and beyond- they were mobbed with renters and backed up significantly due to a shortage of cars that was out of their control. All the employees worked well past closing to make sure all the customers were served. We had booked a small car, as we were driving several hours away, but when it was finally our turn they only had a pickup truck and a huge SUV available. They offered us the SUV and waived the rental fee for our trouble (we had booked the small car ahead of time and had also been waiting awhile to be helped) Hannah, the manager, was calm under pressure and very helpful to everyone.
Had to book a car day before hectic New Year's weekend. I have been doing business with enterprise for years (fist time Bing location) and could never understand why the cars weren't filled up while renting- always a half or 3-4 tank gas so called morning of and asked for it be filled up prior to morning pickup and was happily accommodated. Upon arrival, there were many customers but line moved quickly and efficiently as there were enough employees (closing at noon for New Year's). The employee who helped me was very kind and professional and took the time showing me the car without rushing me. The car served its purpose of getttng me to the city and all was good upon return. I was even asked if I needed a ride home !! Cheers to Enterprise for caring about customers to ask for reviews: however it is important to acknowledge the poor reviews on here as well and accommodate those customers in a positive way.
My wife and I have been using Enterprise since we moved here but unfortunately we were treated extremely bad last time we were there ,the clerk was rude and belligerent to the point that made my blood boil, I do not want to get into specifics but no one should be treated that way, as a retired NYC worker I expected better,thank God I was not 20 years younger who knows what I might have done
Overall pleased, but a few issues, understand the whole idea being my responsibility that's why I did not refute the charges if someone at sales could possibly have a general knowledge of who covers rental insurance as far as general coverage that one would not have to get your extra coverage yes he would lose money but you would appear to care whether or not a person saves money. Secondly when I was given my insurance cost per day they happened to lump in the roadside assistance shame on me for not noticing.
