        Be sure to check your car thoroughly before leaving the lot when work is completed. I brought my car into have front tires replaced on 6/27/16. I have gone there before and was pleased. I returned around 5 pm and got all the paperwork taken care of and paid. I got into my car and drove home only a couple of blocks away. Once at home, it was immediately noticed my car was damaged by the front right tire. I called Pepboys. The next day I was shown a video of an accident that occurred in the lot right next to my car. We believe the damage happened there and while it was worked on. One of the guys told me it didn't look like a big deal . However, Roosevelt gave me a name of someone to go to for an estimate. The estimate came to $639.86 worth of damage (plus the cost of tires and service). A claim was filed with Corporate PepBoys. They reviewed the day's tape. It was told to us something did happen to our car there. Ultimately, they are not going to do anything. We are very unhappy.

        Brake replacement

        Pep boys employer Doug went above and beyond. My brakes needed to be replaced and since parts delivery was already done for the day he personally went and picked up the parts. They we're supposed to close at 6 that night but he stayed open late to finish my car since he knew it was my only vehicle. He went way above and beyond while being extremely professional!! Highly recommended.
