        I was looking for a china pattern that I learned had been discontinued. I saw online that Nat Schwartz and Company had some place settings at a discounted price. I called and talked to Larry who was well informed and pleasant. I received the china, beautifully packed, in just a few days. Great service!

        Customer service is RUDE buy elsewhere

        They were so rude, I will never buy anything from them again, I would gladly pay double to not have to deal with this company. And whatever you do, don't register with them, they will treat your guests like crap too.
