I called Geno to get an estimate on a tile repair job in our master bath. He came out took some measurements and told me he'd go to the tile store and give me an estimate. I hadn't heard from him an a few days so I called him and got voice mail. I left a message and he never got back to me. If I could give him zero stars for professionalism, I would. Don't bother calling this guy. You're wasting your time.
Bought from them twice,, once tile and the other carpet,,in the past 3 yrs.Always delt with the owner, friendly guy, I stopped again to get price on tile, owner not their, tall bald headed guy was their,,,walked away from my wife and I, to sit behind his test, We both thought he was very rude and will never return,what a difference ,when the owner is not their!!!!!

I have bought carpeting and flooring for my home from Discount Carpet within one year the carpet needed to be re stretched and after many calls I had to go in to their showroom, they told me that the carpet was over a year old and I had to pay, They did not call me back they just assumed I would not pay. I did pay and they did send someone to do this, It cost $50.00 per room, Soon after this the carpet repair came loose and tore, I have called them at least 5 more times and the response is that we told the installers about it. That is it, So now I have a torn carpet and they do not care. I feel forced to write this review to save others from this experience, I work as a Designer and will certainly chose a better carpet company to spare my Clients from this type of unprofessional service.
