        We stayed at the Sea Spray Inn...

        We stayed at the Sea Spray Inn in Vero Beach, Fl a couple of times. The place is nice and it is close to the beach. by close I mean 150 yards to the sand. The beach has lifeguards and a picnic area with grass and barbeques.You won't need the grills because the Sea Spray Inn has one too. They also have a heated pool but the best part is all the rooms have kitchens so you can cook your own meals which saved us a bunch of money compared to going out all the time. Mind you we did go around the corner and get pizza a couple times. There is a great little pizza joint only 2 blocks away. I think you will like this place compared to a chain hotel.
