        La Tabla is a great place to grab breakfast or lunch...the food is so delicious and healthy!! Love the atmosphere as well.

        My family and I were so impressed with the passion the owner has for the food he serves.

        It was beyond wonderful, friendly, clean, and so informative about health and serving healthy foods. We loved loved loved the food we ordered. I read the history of the owners and that they purchase food every day from local farmers to prepare fresh on a daily basis.

        No cafe compares to la tabla !!!!!!!
