Purchased two complete kitchens. 1st kitchen-4 appliances, no problems. 2nd kitchen was purchased 3 years later for a condo we purchased-4 appliances. 6 months after purchase the Kitchen Aid dishwasher leaked. Technician replaced the pump assembly. The dishwasher left water all over the inside and glasses etc were foggy after using the dry cycle. After two more technicians we were told we could no use Cascade Pods but use only liquid Finish. By now my (Franciscan Glasses) are completely etched. I have had these glasses 50 years. Contacted Attorney General's Office. A technician can me from Kane's Appliance. He said the soap dispenser was to blame and installed a new one after observing suds in the bottom. We still have the same problem after the pump asembly was installed. Mrs Flynn says we have buyers remorse and Howard in repair refuses to return our call. We spent almost $ 9,000. Dollars and cannot believe the way we have been treated after having a problem with one appliance out of eight. DO NOT DEAL with this company. Worst experience of our lives!!!!

We purchased a complete Kitchen Aid kitchen three years ago from Jetson with no problems. After redoing another kitchen we returned to purchase another complete kitchen. Salesman suggested we purchase a warranty becauseeverything is electronic. Dishwasher worked beautifully for 6 months when it started to leak water. Jetson repaired it with a new pump assembly. Right away my glasses were foggy, the inside of the dishwasher is wet when it should be dry after using the dry cycle. Had three repair people tell us not to use the Cascade pods but use Finish liquid. We followed their recommendations. My glasses (Franciscan Dishes) are ruined because of etching. Have called and called with no response or return call from Howard in Jetson Repair. Finally contacted Florida Attorney General's Office. Because of them we had a repairman come from Kane's Appliance. He also said it was the pods and replaced the dispenser. We still have the same problem and will never deal with Jetson Appliance ever again. After spending close to $9,000 the reply fron Jetson is we have buyers remorse. We are married 56 years and have had many dishwashers. Beware of dealing with Jetson Appliance as we wouldn't want anyone to go through or be treated the way we have been treated,Maureen Barove
we purchased a refrigerator at jetsons and immediately we had problems with the temp control. the guys came to our home several times and could only tell me that the problem was ME. FINALLY, I became so angry I told them I was bringing the refrigerator back to the showroom. and they sent another guy to replace the motherboard in the refrigerator. it has been a year since we had ice from the this stupid refrigerator. it is easier to buy it at the store then deal with the "service people" at jetsons. never again. I will buy a used refrigerator from the flea market before I buy anything from them. one thing to get a lemon and another thing to get treated like you just paid over 1,000 for a refrigerator and aren't you the fool!!!! still mad after 3 years
Don't waste your time. We prefer to support our local small businesses instead of the usual big box stores and went to Jetsons for a new refrigerator and dishwasher. What a mistake! They told us the refrigerator wouldn't be in for a month, which we said was OK. We got 18 months interest free financing and was told we wouldn't have to start paying until after the appliances were received. It is over two months and we STILL don't have the refrigerator. No calls. No explanations. I tracked down the manager and he said he tracked down the truck and gave me a date the fridge would be in. The day before it was to arrive, I got another call saying it wouldn't be in until the following Friday. Well, it's Friday and STILL no call from Jetsons and hence, no refrigerator. However, I did get the bill for both appliances. When I questioned why, since I was told we wouldn't get billed until after they arrived, I was told the "girl in the office" said it had to be that way to get the 18 months interest-free financing. Again, no one called to tell us anything. This will be the absolutely last time I set foot into Jetsons.
Finally gave up and ordered elsewhere at better prices. Business rep Adam is useless, careless & clueless. This was our exprience on a total kitchen renovation with all new applliances. Jetson's could not have cared less about customer service.
