Best Friends Grooming in Vero Beach, FL

This was the absolute worst establishment that I have ever visited! The female groomer literally started screaming at me in front of a customer. Being that was my first visit to have my dog groomed & I can guarantee that I will be sure to give a review of your business to everyone that I can. Your groomer apparently was having a bad day but her professionalism definitely needs to groomed!

Couldn't have asked for a better day spa experience for my fur babies! They get to know you and your pup. I Always feel welcomed and my doggies are excited to be there as soon as they walk in. It's an all around healthy, balanced and fun experience for all puppies. As a pet parent I feel great knowing only the best products are used and they get cuddles from the staff all day, they exceed all expectations. Thank you to all the staff for the past 2 years of a wonderful doggy spa experience!

PSA for local dog parents...I am completely unsatisfied and aggravated with Orchid Island Dog Spa.The ONLY reason I made an appointment with them instead of Pawprints of Vero Beach (where we always take them, and where they are treated like family) is because of the hours today and because I wanted a little extra in terms of bathing).Lesson learned. I scheduled my dogs for an appointment for grooming / spa package and daycare. They have both been there once before. We confirmed appointments at least three times over the last week. This morning, the morning of my appointment, I bring them in and after about five or 10 minutes I’m told that they’re not going to accept them because they think they one of them is a pitbull mix. I asked if I could leave the one who is clearly not a pitbull mix, and they said no because they think he is a different kind of breed they don’t accept. I completely understand policies and /or insurance coverage with certain breeds of dogs. However I should’ve been informed of their policy on at least one of the three times they confirmed the appointment, or when I made the appointment in the first place.Their failure to inform me prior to the appointment caused a great inconvenience and added expenses. Again I understand that they are not permitted to accept certain breeds, but this should’ve been addressed before I got there for the appointment. As far as I can see, nowhere is their policy against certain breeds visible either online or in their reception area.

Erin and Kelly are excellent groomers, but management is horrible. Prices are extremely high, but yet as a former employee it took 6 weeks for them to pay me And After losing all of my personal information.

I am very picky about my shih tzu's hair cut and length and Bernadette's did a great job! I am happy to say I now have a groomer I love in Vero Beach! Highly recommended

A place like no other. Your pets chance at Pampering in Paradise! Extremely knowledgeable staff and friendly, relaxing environment!

First time she missed a couple nails and they were very rough leading to scratching us. 2nd time didn't do ears on my shi tzu and cut the whiskers! She's supposed to be raising shi tzus? Nails were still so rough took a big 1 inch square of skin off my poor 92 year old grandma. Never again!

Great job grooming but cut my dogs wiskers which is very annoying, wiskers on a dog and like eyelashes on a person and are very important for a dog, they help dogs to know where to get around so it is upsetting they cut her wiskers

Dear Gail S. You admitted that you had accidentally gave us a bad review on here, Google, and Yelp. Stating that you had got the grooming shop wrong. So please take down the review that was meant for some other grooming shop
