Good price for the membership but their business practices and customer service is truly terrible.When they make a billing mistake and say they will credit your account, you must follow up because it may not happen. They intentionally make canceling your membership difficult. You can only cancel Mon-Fri, 8-4, so you have to take time off work, or go to the post office and send a certified letter. Then they charge a processing fee to cancel it. They will not credit you for unused, prepaid time on your membership. While writing this review I have been on hold with their customer service line for 23 minutes with no pickup or offer to call you back.
