EMPLOYEES ARE BECOMING RUDER EACH VISIT. I want to be treated as a Valued Customer, and not as I'm some person coming off the street, and into their territory to Annoy them.I have always felt, as though I am Interrupting the clerks from doing nothing, and my questions are just Bothersome & Stupid. It's to the point, where I am going to find another Vape Store to Purchase my Juices & Equipment who will APPRECIATE My Business. I spend at least $60 each visit (about every other week). Even walking into the store, there is NO WELCOMING what-so-ever.....definitely No Smiles. The Energy in the store, is that of Absolute Irritation. The location is perfect for me, but I am willing to drive elsewhere to happily hand over my hard earned money to a business that know the Value of Good Customer Service.

Ventura Vapor Forrest Sucks!!!!Been a good customer for over 6 months at the Ventura Vapor Forrest and never going back after dealing with a few bad times with one guy that works there, but this last time did it for me...The fat Mexican a hole that works at night should be fired!!! Think they call him the "mad mixer" He's not nice, lies and rips you off.Over charging. I don't understand cuz everyone else is so nice. But I'll just take my Business elsewhere along with all my friends and family I sent to them...
