Overall

I had high hopes for this place and ordered a crab boil and as I opened the lid of the pot , nothing, no steam not even a hint of warm air escaping from my crab pot. The food was just a little warm. The service was friendly , but incompetent and tried a bit to hard to be charming. If they would pay some attention to the service and served the hot dishes hot this could be a great place to eat. At least the Monarch butterflies ,that rest on their migration to Mexico, in the nearby Euchualyptus grove provide a treat.

Frozen & Fried

Been here twice, never to go back, everything is out of a freezer and most of it makes it's way to the table via the deep frier. High schoolers at their first job as servers. If you have kids, then at least they can occupy themselves in the playground, which seems wonderful. I recommend the bottled beer it seems to be properly chilled.

Annoying and lousy.

A lot of money was spent transforming the old Chart House restaurant into this new place. It's done up in the 'wierd junk all over the walls' decor that was sort-of popular in the 1980's, now it just looks stupid. The servers continue the motif and have goofy outfits with stuff pinned on. They are trained to be obnoxously jolly.
The food was terrible, mostly fried stuff with zero flavor. I went with a large group and nobody was happy with their dinner. I've had better fish at denny's, no kidding.
In short, unless you are looking for a bad dinner in an annoying restaurant, skip this place. It's a shame to waste such a good view of the ocean on a dump like this.
