Mike Leary of Alpine Geotechnical was amazing!!! Our project property required both fault and soils reports. We had initially obtained another bid and the cost based on the scope of our project was high that we nearly scaled down the scope to avoid a fault study requirement. Mike took the time to visit our project, meet with us and even have communications with our local city to see if an alternative approach would be acceptable. His knowledge and experience allowed him to utilize an alternative approach that was not even suggested by anyone else we spoke with. His idea proved to be a huge cost savings for us. Using him and his recommended approach saved us over 63% compared to the other bid! We greatly appreciated his diligence, knowledge, professionalism and concern. He was very responsive when even I had questions or concerns and he was excellent about providing status updates. I would highly recommend him!!!
