I went to this place for the first and LAST time!! I was helped by Francisco who "helped" me with my taxes but made so many mistakes that now I have to deal with the IRS!!! When I contact him about the letters I received from the IRS, he told me he could not help me!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING HERE? HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AT ALL!!! DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THE IRS!!!
Don't even tell who the head directors are or any of the staff members like is the a Matt and ryan and meesa
I went into the location on Johnson, with an appt. The appt did not seem to matter much, the manager and staff were unaware I had one. When I was finally "helped" the sales person could not definitively answer any of my questions about the "cut your bill in half" promo. She could not open the tablet, she did not know how to calculate the prormo, she did not know if long distance was free, she was not sure of anything. She kept trying to ask the manager to confirm, but he was very busy with other customers. I was in there for close to an hour and a half and left with no real answers. Made me nervous about switching from my current carrier, so I am not doing so, Will stick with reps who know what they are doing and great customer service Even though it will cost me more.
Very unprofessional, we spent 2hours there and our problem wasn't fixed. Truly dissatisfied.... We tried to cut our bill in half but they couldn't do it!! I would rate this store no stars if I could.
My daughter has been seeing Dr Davidson since she was 4 years old, for over 8 years, and he saved her eyesight, because she was born with a lazy eye, and did not see in 3D. But the treatment and a surgery restored most of the 3D vision. We are always very thankful that we found Miramar and treated my daughter there.
Really bad customer service. Had to return a defective phone and was told to come back for the screen saver I put on the defective one. Then the manager, Jason, said they would not honor the promise because the employee did not have the authority to say that! Poor training if you ask me!
My father has been going to this practice. He had an emergency one Saturday and we couldn't get through to his doctor. We went to the Costco doctor who determined it to be an emergency. She talked to his doctor at Miramar who was extremely rude and refused to see him but said that his office would call the following week to schedule an appointment. The Costco doctor called a doctor she knew and we drove to Valencia to get treatment. This new doctor didn't hesitate to help father on a Saturday night even though he never even met my father before. I also go to Miramar for diabetic eye check ups and am treated like a number and a paycheck. I was never impressed but now I say "don't go there" if you want good, professional care.
The doctor I saw for my dry eyes was excellent. He gets 5 stars. The doctor I saw for my diabetic exam gets zero stars. He did not introduce himself to me as a doctor, andd I did not know he was a retina specialist. He had zero personality for interacting with people.
Pleasure working with Dr. Deardorff.
I drove 400 miles to interview with the owner of AMS and was offered a job the same day. I resigned from my current position and secured residency during my stay that first week of October. 2 days later, I received a letter of intent. Four management companies made derogatory comments about AMS, when seeking a rental and could not understand why. One week later (two days prior to moving to Southern California) before 8am, the owner sent me a text withdrawing his employment offer. I immediately called him and left a voice message, then after one hour responded to his text. He then contacted me by phone yelling with profanities, offered no explanation, and exuded an unprofessional demeanor. In my profession, this is a sign of weakness and characteristic of how they treat their residents at homeowner associations and manage accounts. I am personally grateful that I did not work for AMS Realty and be affiliated with the same poor reputation.
