Why do your advertisement state you are a 24 hour laundry mat but when I look up your hours you're only open till 10 pm. That is very misleading and if I hadn't took the time to look up this information I would have taken a trip there for nothing.
The self-service laundromat is ok. There's a guy who works evenings who seems nice enough. But stay away from the drop-off service. FAR AWAY. There's a woman who works there who when she deals with you acts like she's doing you a favor. The pricing and other information about the service that you get from her, you get in little bits and pieces. (Because heaven forbid they actually post it somewhere). And if you decide to use the drop-off service, she'll wait until you've hauled all your clothes in from outside and weighed them, before she bothers to tell you that it's cash only. The excuse was "no card reader". There are smart phone attachments for these now, so that's really no excuse. What bothered me was the strange look on her face after I started hauling my stuff back to the car. It was like she enjoyed turning me away. No apologies for not mentioning this crucial fact earlier, nothing but a happy look on her face. This woman was the height of bad service. STAY AWAY FROM THE DROP-OFF SERVICE HERE! Just do it yourself
Really rude worker. Was told last wash had to be in at a certain time, wich I did and then she made rude comments the entire time because she couldnt go home early anymore because I came at 8:20 pm. I am a small business owner and understand it's not the owners fault but anyone else would most likely never go there again. She was a very large woman and works nights. Not a good worker if your looking for return customers. I left without drying my blankets because of her mouth and I didnt want to end up smacking it and going to jail. lol
Great location and always clean. You can do everything from getting a pedicure, tanning, grocery shopping while having your laundry done; or do laundry yourself and get all the above done afterwards like I do. ;)
