Unfortunately, the warranty service has been inadequate. The refrigerator began making intermittent grinding noises on December 6th. I went to Jessup’s on Monday, December 7,and spoke with Mark and Lou (Jessup’s service manager, who said he would call me) regarding a service call at my home. There was no call either Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday George went to the store and was told that the repair service would be in touch with me. There was no call on Wednesday, December 9th. On Thursday December 10th, I called and left a message on Lou’s voicemail. There was no return call. On Saturday, December 12th, George visited the store again, and after apologies from the gentleman at the store, was told that a service representative would call. Today is Wednesday December 16th and I still haven’t received a call (and the refrigerator grinding is getting worse). On December 16th at 2:30PM, this letter was personally delivered to the Jessup’s store. Thirty minutes later I received a call from Lou who said he would contact the repair company that would do the repairs and call me back. No call was received.

We bought what was supposed to be a matching stainless steel stove, microwave and refrigerator. When delivered the refrigerator was a totally different silver. The female sales rep in Port Charlotte guaranteed us that it would match. It was a very different color and was not the matching refrigerator for that stove and microwave. She also offered us a slightly more expensive refrigerator for the same money at the time of our purchase. When we called to say the refrigerator didn't match and we wanted the other refrigerator, she became belligerent and told us they would come remove all of the appliances or we would have to pay more money. Not professional or honest! We spoke to the owner Tom Jessup and he was equally belligerent and accusatory (which I read about him on a complaint board). They guarantee you that something will match, offer you one price and do not follow through. I will never do business with them again. The salesperson made false promises and Tom Jessup's backs her up and is equally unprofessional.
I bought all of my kitchen appliances in March 2013. Problems with my stove, dishwasher and Frig. Been trying to get my frig fix since October 2013. It's now the end of January and still have not had the frig fix nor replace. The customer service at Jessups is the worse I've ever dealt with. I will be calling the tomorrow 1-22-2014 If the problem is not rectified by Friday 1-24-2014 they will leave me with no other option except to hand this over to my attorney. I will also be calling to see if their with the BBB BEWARE ONCE THEY GET PAYMENT THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT AND WARRANTIES.
They sold me a dishwasher without parts. The solenoid was missing. Stay away from this business. You will be sorry.
the worst experience I've ever had. These guys are not pros. Almost 200 dollars and my dishwasher still leaks! The tech was not professional at all. I wanted a L G repair which it said they could do. He didn't even know how to turn on the thing. It has a power button and he just kept pushing all the buttons til I showed him! And this is after 4 days! One day they didn't show up, no courtesy call or anything! Please be wary of this company! They do not even deserve 1 star in my humble opinion!
They charge $60 for delivery but will only deliver to North Port on some day at some point in the future. "We will decide on a Thursday night if we can deliver on a Friday" I went to Basil's in Englewood and had it delivered on my day off.
