My wife and I are about a week away from having our first child. Our old vehicle was not going to cut it for our future needs. We dealt with other local dealerships and we were not impressed to say the least. My father recommended that we go to Seymour Buick and GMC. He purchased his last 2 vehicles from here and said he wouldn't go anywhere else. I now know why. Friendly/great staff, and environment. We were able to walk around and look at vehicles with out someone trying to pressure us into anything, and they were more than helpful when we had questions and were ready to work a deal on the vehicle we were interested in. We went in with a price, monthly payment, and percentage in mind, and I was surprised that they were able to not only get us what we wanted, but they actually made it better than what we expected. Hands down, all 10s across the board. I would recommend them to anyone!!

My value car rental is a great place to rent from. I've been renting from here for over a year and I've never had an issue. The owners Josh and Jackie are very nice and willing to go out of their way to help. The staff is always pleasant and the rental store is always clean. I've rented 3 different types of vehicles all in great condition and maintenance all kept up. My value rental car has a very reasonable deposit which most rental places your deposit is more then the cost of the rental. I'll always go here because when I walk in the door I'm not treated as a stranger everyone treats myself and family like friends. When I go into a place of business I look for friendliness, cleanliness, and value which this place has all of. When I first started renting from the company they only had one location now they have two locations so that shows that they have been many happy customers. They offer many different types of vehicles to rent from, from small cars to vans to trucks. I'm a happy customer and will continue recommending My Value Rental car to anyone looking for a rental vehicle.
I had an issue with my vehicle, and wasn't to sure about using Bill Buck but it was only a few blocks from my house and I didn't have a working clutch. I dropped my car off on a Friday night, and Saturday early in the morning I was called and they had already found the problem. They had been booked up with appointments, and I had no appointment so it took my car a little bit longer to finish, but they fixed my master/slave cylinders in a timely manner and for much cheaper than I know other places would have charged me. I'm back to driving my car with 0 problems and I couldn't be happier with Bill Buck's service team and customer service! Unexpected such a good experience from a dealership of all places but I will definitely use them again.
We took our 98 plymouth voyager se in for electical problems diagnostics were a charge of 140.00. We were told after a day of them having our vehicle it was the BCM or body control module that was bad and the part would cost 900.00 plus labor a cost of 1700.00 total. We picked the vehicle up not being able to afford the fix. Then we ran a self diagnostic test on the BCM and found there was no problem with the wiring itself shorting out! I would have thought that the mechanics would have known this by their diagnostic test we paid for.
We returned a leased car that was bought elsewhere. Service was exceptional! Fast& efficient. Courteous and helpful associates.
Ever since eric calkins took over the dealership it went down hill eric should have stayed cleaning pools like he did I hope the dealership close down he is a jerk and don't belong running the dealership Mr bill buck Sr must be Turning over in his grave I would never recommend bill buck to anybody
Fantastic business! I was ran off the road awhile back. My insurance recommended this place. Manager was awesome and they did a fantastic job. Handled all the insurance claims for me.
I strongly advise not using this dealership for service. I went to this dealership this morning since I purchased my vehicle there this year. I simply wanted to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was first in line and arrived at 7 am. After about an hour I walked outside expecting to see them finishing up and there were 2, yes 2 lube technicians working on my truck and they were trying to take the wheels off without removing the wheel covers. One had a severely cut hand wrapped in electrical tape. Finally a mechanic walked over and whispered into ones’ ear they needed to remove the plastic wheel covers. After they did this I walked back inside. After another 45 minutes I walked back outside to see them trying to remove my oil filter with a mallet and chisel. By now there were 2 lube techs, a mechanic and the two service managers at my truck. They then informed me that one of my wheel covers was cracked. I was astonished since I detail my truck every weekend, but I try to trust people. So even though I was suspicious I believed them. After another 30 minutes they could not get the oil filter off and told me to go to the Toyota dealership up the street since they did not have the right tools. So after 3 hours, I drove up Highway 41 to Cramer Toyota. They put my truck on the rack and informed me that all four wheel covers were cracked in multiple places and they must have rotated the oil filter the wrong way because it was extremely over-tightened. I have to go back Monday to talk with the Manager about the four damaged wheel covers (I don’t expect any help considering what I experienced today) and I fully intend on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Anyone considering using this dealership be warned!!!! By the way, after waiting 3 hours, only one other customer showed up for body work. So despite what you may think, others must have experienced similar terrible service judging by the lack of customers. The Toyota dealership was packed.
