Horrible service. I ordered online from them last night ($30 for a medium pizza and burger btw). After an hour and a half I decided to call to see what was going on. It just rang, no answer, no voice mail, no prompts, just ringing. So then I go over, while sick in a car with no heat, and they closed early. So they took my $30 and left me waiting on food that was never coming. The only way to reach them was to respond back to their email from my order receipt. I wake up today to a rude voice mail saying they need my card number to refund me. No apology, no offer to even attempt to make things right. I call them back to give them my card number and the guy cops the same rude tone, offers no apology (even after I say thank you for the refund), and hangs up on me.One of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. Horrible, rude, unprofessional (I mean who closes early without changing their hours or turning off online ordering in the first place and who doesn't have a phone line set up with a message or voice mail, its free). Grow up and learn how to run a business and treat your customers right.
Their managers give nasty faces and bad attitudes, they can't be open much longer with the way that place is ran. Horrible service and low grade food at expensive prices. I have witnessed them not wearing gloves or washing hands, gross. All you gotta do is walk back and watch. They need new management or ownership in a bad way.
Went there for first time got the burger most burgers come with tomatoes and onions well there's don't they actually charge .79 for 2 small tomatoes and .79 for 5 slivers of onions they should tell you when you order there's an extra charge maybe .29 but not 79 big rip off will never go there again bad first impression
