Had a really bad experience there. Brought my phone in to get the screen fixed. Came back an hour later, waited another hour for them to come out and tell me they couldn't fix my screen, and now my ear piece doesn't work. They told me it's a normal thing that happens with Apple. That if you take apart a phone sometimes a security thing happens and disables the ear piece. I was pretty shocked they didn't at least put the screen on for me at a discount considering I brought my phone in working perfectly other than my screen and the Gave it back to me with significant damage. I asked my friend who fixes phones and he said they lied to me. There is no security devise that Apple has that disables it. They simply rushed taking off the screen and broke the earpiece film that connects it to the phone. Everyone online confirmed this as well. They could have made it right by putting on the screen for me for cheaper or actually ordering a new earpiece but they didn't care at all. Take my advise and just pay the extra 40 bucks and go to Apple. Totally worth it.
I’m not one to ever take the time to write reviews, but I have NEVER experienced WORST customer service then I have received at My Broken Phone so I feel obligated to share so no one else has to waste their money and time in using them. So sorry in advance for the lengthy review, but I find it necessary to convey just how terrible this company is.What started off as a simple fix, turned into a true nightmare and HUGE time waster for me. I initially simply brought my phone into MBP to have the screen replaced. I cracked my screen, but the display on my phone still worked, I just couldn’t touch anything on it since it was cracked. Each time I gave MBP my phone it would have a whole new issue! They’d blame it on my phone, but it was never having these issues before my screen cracked, or even after they replaced the screen initially. They were all new issues after they touched it each time. That was the only phone I had to use, and I have a job where clients are calling me, need to call in for meetings, etc. so I would try and get to there store right when they opened in the a.m. or in the evening, but they could never just work on my phone then because they may/or may not have other people who come in and need their phone fixed. I understand if this was my first time coming in, but for them to not prioritize me when THEY kept returning my phone with new issues was not my fault. …they should have been quick to put me first in the lineup as the phone issues became a problem they created, not me.Ultimately, this company buys super cheap parts (from China) that aren’t actually made by the phone brand and uses those as replacement parts. Due to this a phone you bring into their store actually has more issues once they “fix it”. The whole experience was the biggest mess I had experienced and I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. STAY AWAY! Anyhow, DO NOT go to My Broken Phone. I’d hate for anyone to have to go through what I did. Worst experience ever!
I went there because I wanted to change my monthly plan from $61 to $ 30 For the month of February. However, I paid $61 for the month of January. Since I asked to downgrade, I was given a service for $30. When I DID pay full amount. I wanted to be explain how that happened. The situation was suppose to be simple, but there was a receptionist who was extremely rude, and unprofessional in every level. She displayed such an aggressive behavior that even though I am a man I got very intimidated. Her name is Tania and this woman is NOT good for your business, as long as she is there I wont ever go back there.
Sales people are inept. When asked a question, their standard answer is "To be honest, I don't know". How's that for customer service??? Advertised "Switch to Sprint, we will pay off your other contract". What they don't tell you is they will not ever accept any of the paperwork you bring in and the time runs out. You then have to pay EVERYTHING! Beware, they are imbeciles!
I went in this new Sprint store for help with my phone. The employee "luis" was so helpful. He listened to all of my concerns and quickly fixed my issue. I will be back soon for that speaker!!!
SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY from this place!!!They INCORRECTLY INSTALLED MY SCREEN AND NOW THERE ARE CRACKS AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT FIX CRACKS. They didn't even care that ive been saving $150 to fix my phone for several months. Im poor and they took advantage of me!!!
I really got good service with this company. The first phone I got did not work with MY sim card. Anyone else's sim worked fine. They went out of their way to try to fix it. When they could not resolve the problem, they offered me my money back or a new phone. I actually ended up with a better phone and paid no more. My daughter also bought a phone from these gentlemen. And after six months it is still doing very well. buying from them we got better phone with the latest technology and paid less. One of the men had his son there at work ...the child was impeccably behaved and I like the way he spoke to his child. That was the reason I decided to buy my phone there to begin with. That kind of respect for his child carries over into the work ethic. Thank you gentlemen!
DO NOT GO HERE. Forget the fact that the management is immature. They treat their employee's HORRIBLY. By far some of the worst treatment I've ever heard of, from ANY company. K Wireless makes Wal-Mart look like the Hilton of terrible jobs. If you're thinking of working for this company, RUN FOR THE HILLS! It's a promise that you'll be unhappy and mistreated. You can take that to the bank. They insist that you get a phone through them and pay for their service every month. Oh, and if inventory count is off, or any little thing goes missing? Expect that they'll want that money reimbursed from your paycheck. I would have given them 0 stars, but I'm required to give at least one. YOU DON'T DESERVE EVEN THAT, K WIRELESS. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE. YOU DISGRACE CRICKET WIRELESS, AND THEIR HR WILL BE HEARING ABOUT YOU!
This by far was the worst customer service I've received from any verizon authorized store! The salesperson Diana, did not even (and was not willing to) look at my daughters phone when we brought it in saying the speaker was not working and that nobody on the other end could hear you talking. She was very snotty and just said "you'll need to call 611". No explanation that they are no longer a verizon owned kiosk or anything else. She was the most rude and abrasive person I've come across representing the verizon brand! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to this Vancouver Mall kiosk as it will be a big waste of your time!
