We were really excited about the "living room" seating, where you get armchair style seats, and have the option of ordering food like in a restaurant. Unfortunately, it's REALLY distracting to have a server walking in front of you to take and deliver orders during the trailers. The trailers are a part of the movie experience for us, and we were annoyed that the food business wasn't taken care of before the trailers began. While the footrests are a nice idea, having them be moveable makes for a lot of stumbling blocks when people try to come in and out.
I thinks this is the best deal in town. For $3.00 you get to see all the most recently released films on the big screen before they hit the cable market. With costs rising in the cinema marketplace -- you can't beat this theatre's offerings.
While the selection of movies is great, the seats here are not. After only a few minutes you can feel your backside starting to go numb. This place has the worst theater seats around.
I think this is the best movie theater in Vancouver. Very comfortable seats (especially compared to the seats at the Vancouver Plaza location) and excellent selection of movies.
This theater is close to my home and I enjoy going to it
